How are Desperados made?
The blurb says that Desperados is made by combining lager that is aged in tequila barrels for a few months, then blended with beer that is mixed with tequila and lemon flavors, leaving trace amounts of tequila. The tequila does come from Mexico, which is important to note!

Very much like alcopops but OK for what it is. T: Tastes of sugary red fruit with notes of berries, juice, lime/citrus, nondescript flavourings and a hint of stewed leaves. Very sweet with no bitterness to speak of. Not very beer- like.
