Beauty Breakdown: Madison Beer Reveals Favorite Makeup Look – Madison Beer revealed a lot of beauty tips and tricks in her 10-minute routine with Allure, For example, she’s more diligent about her skincare routine now, which makes her makeup go on more flawless.
- Another secret she shared? Some makeup products she’s loved since she was 13 or 14 years old! Madison begins her routine with the Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter,
- She applies a minimal amount on her skin, before blending it out with a Beauty Blender sponge,
- Then, she moves onto concealer – her favorite is NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer,
Madison’s been using this product since she was 14 and loves it. Again, she sticks with light coverage for her face makeup. Afterwards, Madison does her eyebrows using a brow soap (a lightweight gel). Brow soap won’t tint your brows like other brow styling products, but it works to help shape and hold the brows in place all day.
She uses IBCCCNDC Brow Styling Soap, Next up is her contour, for which she uses Tom Ford’s Shade and Illuminate Sculptor, Madison even contours her nose using a smaller eyeshadow brush for the perfect look. Her absolute favorite part of her makeup routine? Blush! Fun fact: Madison never used to like wearing blush or lip liner, but now those are two products she can’t live without.
While her Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Light Wand in Pinkgasm is sold-out, a dupe is Wet N’ Wild’s MegaGlo Blush Stick in Peach Bums, She layers cream on her face first, then tops it with powder. Her go-to powder blush is Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Ginger Binge/Moscow Mule,

For her eye makeup, she likes to keep it simple. Using her Morphe x Madison Beer Channel Surfing Artistry Palette, she applies the shade “White Rabbit” all over her eyes, then applies “Jericho” in her crease for a little bit of color. If she’s not using that shade, she’ll use “Zero” in her crease instead.
She loves doing a “little eyeliner” wing using a small brush because it completes her look. Try using the shade “Rabbit Hole” to copy her winged look. Madison sets her face with Charlotte Tilbury Airbrush Flawless Finish Setting Powder, She actually uses a fluffy eyeshadow brush to set underneath her eyes or certain areas of her face.
Then, she applies Pretty Vulgar Faux Reals Mascara to her lashes. Her highlighter is Fenty Beauty Killawatt Freestyle Highlighter in Lightning Dust/Fire Crystal, For her lips, Madison lines them with Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in Iconic Nude before applying Ulta Beauty Juice Infused Lip Oil on top.
- A quick tip she shared is to put a tiny bit of gloss right above your top lip, where your cupid’s bow is, to make your lips look fuller.
- Her final step is to set everything with the Morphe x Madison Beer Setting Spray,
- See Madison’s look in action with the full video below: Her full collection with Morphe includes an eyeshadow palette, eyeshadow brush set, 5 lip gloss shades, 2 highlighters, and 2 setting sprays.

Why is Madison Beer considered attractive?
A magnetic presence, dynamic vocal range, and undeniable charisma—just few of the many reasons that make Vogue ‘s April Beauty Muse, Madison Beer, a stunning icon of our time. Two years on from her previous dish on beauty hacks, the singer-songwriter returns to shed the spotlight on her beauty essentials, trends, wellness routines, and more.
Must-have make-up product Definitely the Fenty Beauty Pro Filt’r Soft Matte Longwear Foundation, $62, from Sephora, because I love a light but buildable base layer that looks and feels like my skin. It helps me customise my coverage based on what I have going on that day. Glowing skin secret Caudalie’s Beauty Elixir, $75, from Sephora, is my favorite facial spray.
There’s something about it that’s so luxurious and makes my skin hydrated and dewy. Bedtime routine essentials I ‘m big on creating a night time routine that helps me unwind after a hectic day. Part of this is creating a calming vibe in my room, which I do by lighting a candle—my favourite is Diptyque’s Baies, $104, from Tangs.
- Best lip gloss I love a super glossy lip, so the Fenty Beauty Gloss Bomb Lip Luminizer, $35, from Sephora, is always in my purse.
- Signature fragrance Victoria’s Secret original Tease fragrance is a staple for me.
- I was honoured to be featured in their campaign shot by Mario Sorrenti, which was a totally surreal experience.
Favourite beauty trend Soap brows ! Another trick I learned through TikTok that I’ve now incorporated into my everyday routine. A beauty hack you swear by Sleeping on a silk pillow case has actually made a huge difference in keeping my hair frizz-free and is also really gentle on my sensitive skin.
Go-to beauty inspiration I idolise Rihanna. From her music, to fashion and launching Fenty Beauty, she’s my ultimate inspiration. Fitness regime I like to keep my fitness regime super simple. My dogs are a great excuse to get out in nature and take a long walk or hike on a nice day, and I incorporate yoga when I can.
Best way to unwind My favourite way to unwind after a hectic day is by dedicating time to self-care—doing my skincare routine, running a bath, and lighting some candles. Favourite fashion trend of the moment I really love that loafers are having the resurgence they are.

Did Madison Beer ever have acne?
Madison Beer Posted an Unedited Acne Selfie to Show How Deceiving Social Media Can Be It’s something that so many of us do: compare ourselves and our lives to other people’s social media pictures. But Madison Beer said that all this comparison is a trap—and decided to call out the problems of comparison culture in a series of Instagram Story posts.
- Getty Images When the 22-year-old singer posted a selfie to Instagram in 2021, comments praising Beer for how beautiful she is quickly came in.
- But some comments came from people who used the picture to compare themselves to her: “the fact i’m using my hair the same way but i look 100 times worse 💀,” one person wrote.
“i dream about looking this beautiful,” another said. “i’d do anything to look like this,” “why do i live, “I can’t imagine being this beautiful 😍,” and “HOW DO U DO THIS,” were some of the other comments left on the post. After reading through the comments, Beer posted pictures and notes to her Instagram Story to set some things straight.
- I hate the culture we’ve created that makes girls think they have to that someone else’s beauty takes away from your own,” wrote Beer.
- I promise you 99% of my time is spent at home in sweats, no makeup, looking nothing like my recent images.
- I wish this was common sense.” Beer then shared a photo of herself with acne from four years ago: “Did I ever post this? Most definitely not,” wrote the singer.
The next photo Beer shared to her Story showed her with clear skin—the way we all “would’ve ever known/seen” her. Instagram / “No one looks like their Instagram profile all the time, no one lives the life they portray online. Everyone’s trying to put their best foot forward.
- Everyone’s trying to impress each other,” wrote Beer.
- There’s so much you don’t see.
- The two hours of hair and makeup.
- The beauty light I’m sitting in front of, the 700 pictures that i took before I find one I’m satisfied with.
- I cover up my own insecurities to protect myself from the damage it would cause to see other people pointing them out over and over in the comments section.
“It’s all something we fall victim to—I’m not immune the way u think I am—I literally spent so much time rotting my brain by comparing myself to people on social media. I still do. It’s a trap i have to dig myself out of over and over,” continued Beer.
Beer laid out the reality of what goes into a post and the dangers comparing yourself does to self-esteem so she could help “change the conversation into one that allows all women to coexist and be beautiful in a way that’s more than skin deep.” Instagram / can have an impact on social media users’ mental health.
Facebook, which owns Instagram, admitted to conducting years of in-depth research on the effects of its products, concluding that Instagram isn’t helpful for teens’ mental health. “We make body image issues worse for one in three teen girls,” reported The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) in 2021.
- Facebook data from 2020 found that 32% of teen girls said when they “felt bad about their bodies, Instagram made them feel worse,” adding that “comparisons on Instagram can change how young women view and describe themselves,” reported the WSJ.
- As for Beer, the singer stayed positive for her fans.
- Life is so much more than physical appearance I promise u.
the most boring vapid people are the ones who ONLY put stake on the outside,” wrote Beers. She finished her note with this reminder: “COMPARISON IS THE THIEF OF JOY. please don’t let it fool you. Do guys find it attractive when a girl drinks beer?
Girls who drink beer turn on men more than those who opt for wine Men get more impressed with girls who opt for beer or lager instead of a glass of wine or other more “girlie” drinks,a new UK survey has found. But only one in 10 women would order a lager or beer when out on a date, the study commissioned by beer company BitterSweet Partnership found.
According to the men questioned for the survey,a beer glass makes the women appear more sexy, confident, fun and independent. Infact,it is a “turn-on” if a girl requested a beer on a first date, reports The Daily Express. However, women would ditch beer for other options because they think drinking beer makes them appear masculine and ¬unattractive.
Just six per cent of women would pick a beer as their drink of choice on a first date, the survey discovered. The researchers quizzed 2,000 men from across the UK about their thoughts and opinions on women’s drinking habits. Managing director Kirsty Derry of BitterSweet Partnership said: “We’re looking forward to the day when beer becomes an aspirational choice for women.
What does Madison Beer use on her eyebrows?
Madison Beer’s meteoric rise may appear an untouchable dream to some, but the pop star’s experience contains many of the growing pains familiar to all of us—particularly in the beauty realm. “I have struggled with my skin for the past, three years I would say?” says Beer, who eschewed skin care for periods of time for fear of exacerbating her acne.
“I never really had acne growing up in my teenage years, it kind of hit me when I was, like, 19 to 20, and I’m now almost 22 and my acne is just starting to settle and go away.” Now, with some experimentation, Beer’s routine begins with the perfect cleanser (PanOxyl Anti-Microbial Acne Foaming Wash), followed by Laneige Cream Skin Toner & Moisturizer and Drunk Elephant Lala Retro Whipped Cream—and a brief appearance by a rose quartz face roller.
A quick spritz of Caudalie Beauty Elixir and a pull of La Mer’s cultish the Eye Concentrate, and Beer’s face is primed for the day’s makeup. That process, too, begins with some honesty. “Ninety-nine percent of my days I don’t wear any makeup at all. I’m just too lazy, to be frank,” says Beer, who begins by brushing up her trademark brows with brow soap applied by Spoolie.
But when I’m in the mood and I have time to do a full-full face, I will.” Glossier Skin Tint and a duet of NARS Cream Concealers—”Custard” for under the eyes and across the T-zone, “Ginger” for spot coverage—coalesce with the help of a Beauty Blender, serving as a base for a subtle and strategic angling courtesy of Charlotte Tilbury’s Contour Wand.
While, for Beer, a little contour goes a long way, blush is better when swirled on by a generous hand. “I don’t care if I have pimples and no concealer, I would use blush no matter what,” says Beer, citing Tilbury’s Beauty Highlighter Wand in High Blush as her desert-island product.
- Powder products come next, a brightening option followed by Fenty Beauty Bronzer in “Private Island” and another round of blush, also by Fenty Beauty.
- It’s been really awesome to watch how much makeup has developed,” says Beer.
- I think that, like, especially with TikTok, there are so many people I see that get so unbelievably creative with the things they do.” Beer uses her own Morphe Madison Beer Surfing Artistry Palette for her eyes, a blend of tawny orange and fawn pulled across lids, with liner-like extension offered to the end of each eye by way of brown shadow and an angled brush.
“I love highlighter,” says Beer, layering Charlotte Tilbury Beauty Highlighter Wand and Nightshine from Glossier Play for extra shimmer. “I feel like it just makes me feel like I’m a forest nymph and a fairy, and who doesn’t want to feel like a fairy?” An overlined lip and swipe of gloss round out the look, but the finishing touch turns out to be a signature accessory.

What condition does Madison Beer have?
Madison Beer felt ‘really afraid’ to admit to having borderline personality disorder (BPD).
Has Madison Beer had lip fillers?
Do Plastic Surgeons Think Madison Beer Has Had Plastic Surgery? – Dr. Anthony Youn, a plastic surgeon based in Troy, Michigan, looked into Madison Beer’s alleged facial transformation in an informative YouTube video posted in 2021. Throughout the video, he provides his expert opinion on whether the singer has undergone plastic surgery or not. via: Instar While some fans think she got more lip-filler down the line, Dr. Youn doesn’t believe she has. He feels her current lip shape is thanks to the scar tissue that’s left over when filler dissolves over time, He also doesn’t think she’s had any plastic surgery procedures on her nose, which many fans are convinced of.
Dr. Youn compared pictures of Madison at 15 and 21 and said the bridge of her nose appears to be exactly the same. By the end of the video, Dr. Youn revealed he doesn’t believe Madison Beer has had any plastic surgery. “Those people who are bullying her and saying she’s had work done, and you can’t look this good naturally, nobody can – well, unfortunately, I disagree with you, I think she looks this great completely naturally, and it’s probably time to let this go and leave her alone,” said Dr.
Youn in his video.
Does Madison Beer have anxiety?
When I was going through it, I felt really lonely and I felt this sense of shame because I feel like there’s a huge stigma around mental health.’ ‘ Once I got a diagnosis and I actually realized that I was genuinely diagnosed and had an anxiety disorder, it doesn’t feel so good,’ she adds.
Under the influence: Madison Beer On the cusp of releasing her debut album, we head to Los Angeles to meet the Madison Beer behind the mythology and internet stardom, revealing herself as a self-possessed artist doing things on her own terms. “Are you a Pisces, too?” interjects Madison Beer after I reveal that, like her, I am also Jewish.
It’s because you’re like, my vibe. I can tell,” she smiles, thrilled, telling me that every time she guesses someone’s sign her “powers grow”. Madison Beer and I are just two strangers sat cross-legged on a sofa in another stranger’s home in Los Angeles, “People here are much more Catholic and when I say I’m Jewish, people are scared by it,” she says.
From here on in, every profile cliché suddenly comes true: we are basically best friends despite only meeting today! She is surprisingly real and we are, right here, having a profound moment of connection. Dressed down but still impossibly glowing, she wears camo trousers and an oversized orange hoodie with a necklace that spells “Madison” in gothic script. Born March 5th 1999 in Jericho, New York, Madison Beer rose suddenly to stardom in 2012 after Justin Bieber shared a video of a then 13-year-old Madison singing a cover of Etta James’ “At Last”. “wow.13 years old! she can sing. great job. #futurestar”, Bieber tweeted to his 100 million followers and, like magic, he simultaneously made a bold prediction and sealed her fate when, shortly after, he personally signed Madison to Island Records.
A huge Belieber herself, Madison says, “Having him give me that validation was amazing. I didn’t even understand at that point that that was what he was doing, that he was giving me a stamp of approval, but now that I’m older and I realise it just means the world because he’s so talented, so having him like me and my voice means a lot to me”.
Less eloquent but no less appreciative at 13, Madison’s iconic reply to Bieber’s original tweet read: ” OMGOGMFHAHDBSBAWHEBSBSHHWEHHDXHSHHAFBBAGEEHYBT I CANT BELIEVE THIS IS HAPPENING. I AM CRYING.” Despite having amassed her own modest fan base via her YouTube channel, the Bieber effect catapulted Madison to crazy new heights of fame and made her the subject of speculation and hyper scrutiny. Madison subsequently spent her teenage years growing up in the spotlight (her Instagram now has 12 million followers), becoming a regular fixture on the Daily Mail ‘sidebar of shame’ for reasons like ‘existing’ and ‘having legs’.
The involuntary attention has given her reason to be defensive with those corners of the press who take aim at her, posting gross and provocative clickbait headlines like: “Wet and wild! Madison Beer, 18, flaunts cleavage”. It’s hard to know what to expect from someone who’s had to endure all this, but Madison’s fire will clearly not be smote so easily.
“I don’t know any different, but from 12 to 20 I’ve been watched. It’s just been very strange”. She pauses, again looking for the bright side: “I’ve navigated it the best that I can and I’m really grateful, but it’s been tough, man. At 13 you’re supposed to be worrying about the boy you have a crush on, and that’s about it.” “And just with your group of friends”, she continues, awkwardly playing with her sleeves, visibly upset by the realisations, “with me, I have to worry about anything and everything. She shares an anecdote from when she tried, briefly, to live the simple life: “When I was 16 and I tried weed for the first time, I was so scared someone was going to take a video of me smoking that I never did it again.” She says that the scrutiny has made her behave, but that she feels “like everyone should have a chance to grow up and make mistakes and be able to shape themselves as a human being.
I think it’s given me a lot of social anxiety and it’s hindered my life in a lot of ways”. Madison laments that some interviewers have only seen her as an “outlet for drama”, only asking about Justin Bieber and Hailee Steinfeld instead of her own music. Growing up at warp speed in the spotlight means that Madison’s cautious about who she trusts and so when she starts to open up, it’s a trust I’m careful not to betray.
“I’m trying to make my stamp. I’m also patient with the process. I don’t want to rush myself or compare myself to other artists because I feel like I’ve been very blessed and a lot of people would love to be in my position,” Madison offers. Many artists who have risen to fame at a very young age have struggled to navigate growing up in the public eye, but Madison, who credits her family with her wisdom and sanity, has it together: “I have great parents and a great family and I think that’s definitely kept my head on straight”, she affirms. Having just turned 20 years young and left her teens behind, Madison is on the brink of delivering her debut album, which she recently described when speaking to NME, as “taking a crowbar” to her heart. The full length release follows her first EP, As She Pleases, and is set to drop in April 2018.
“I really love all of the music on the album. I’m really passionate about it. I wrote every song and I’ve just been really involved with the creative process whereas I haven’t always been, so it’s felt really good to have every single thing be mine. To have a piece of my creative ability shown in there.” Her voice rises as she talks about her album and her passion is self-evident.
“I’m just excited to have people really be able to say, ‘that’s Madison Beer’s sound!'” she says. The music video for the single “Hurts Like Hell” featuring Offset and written with Charli XCX, shows a darker edge to Madison, a world away from her child star beginnings. Despite the darker, Megan Fox circa-2009 image, Madison says she’s not looking to go too alternative with her style or music. “I have such a love for pop and R&B music. I have also an alternative vibe in me, I think I have a dark edge so I don’t think I would ever be a bubblegum, clean cut type artist.
I am who I am and I’m pretty unapologetic about that,” she tells me. “With social media you can dip your toes into any pond and not have it hurt your career in any sense,” Madison muses. “Before, if an artist were to bring out something that was completely different than their other stuff, people would be like, ‘what the hell is that?’ But now we kind of have this privilege of being able to really experiment with music and have fun.” Madison moved with her mom to Los Angeles post-Bieber tweet when she was 14 to properly pursue her career but the culture shift was a shock to her system.
“I still went home a lot to Long Island, so I was able to be in touch with my friends that I grew up with and I would see them a lot, but it was isolating—I felt really alone a lot,” says Madison of the move from the East to Westcoast. She looks down at the sofa again, clearly troubled by the memory of feeling left out. Able to rationalise these difficulties, Madison has clearly interrogated her own thought process in a healthier way than people twice her age. “If I ignored it I would be a little off my rocker, but I can think: I do this because of the fact that I never grew up normally, or it’s because I never went to school or I was never raised around this.
I think I’m definitely much different than any other person that I’ve ever met”. Despite being only a little older than them, Madison regularly offers her fans advice via social media, being open about everything from a previous experience with an abusive boyfriend to her mental health. When they come to her with questions about drinking or drugs, she tries to be honest: “I’m always making sure that my fans don’t think that I’m saying ‘you’re never allowed to try alcohol in your whole life’.
I just want everyone to be safe. I try to be as real with them as I can, I don’t try to front anything ever on who I am, especially The only kids that go boring are the ones whose parents are like, ‘no!’ then they go to college and those are the kids that go crazy.” As we dive deep into conversational, Madison’s initial polite professionalism makes way for more candid talk, as she becomes more equally more animated and hilarious—dropping expletives and truths bombs, gesturing with her hands, genuinely passionate.
She shares a funny anecdote from when someone tried to say she was a bad influence: “My friend was holding two beers in these photos I was in, and one was clearly my beer. Some mom commented and was like, ‘so inappropriate for a 19-year-old girl to be drinking. My two sons would never’ and I click on her Instagram and she has a 20-year-old son and a 17-year-old son.
I wanted to reply and be like, “listen, Susan, Jake and Jackson are in the basement with a bong attached to their face. Like, don’t try me bitch!” Madison’s own experience has led to her becoming a vocal voice against cyber-bullying, she’s even working on a song about her experiences called “Dear Society”.
“It’s about social media and how I feel like I’ve aged too quickly”, she explains, “If you listen to it, you could think it’s about like, a boy, but it’s about society and what impact I think social media has had on teenagers who are impressionable.” Never one to just only dwell on the negative, Madison see’s the positive side to social media: “If there was no upside I would have deleted it all a long time ago.
It’s not worth fame. I think there’s upsides, I get to speak to my fans at the touch of a button. I get to message somebody. It’s just an easy outlet that we have and I feel very blessed to be an artist in this time period. I can be so in touch with my fanbase, but it definitely comes with negatives and feels like you have to put up a front sometimes.” Her Twitter is full of honesty, inspirational quotes and positive messages like, “don’t lower your standards for anybody. they can step up or step out”, while her Instagram is partly a very glossy, Instagram model-style feed. That said, Madison is more than aware of the paradoxical nature of the contrasting sides of her social media presence: “I tell everyone to stop believing it, because I could literally make you think I’m whoever I want to be.
I could post anything on Instagram and be a total psycho in person.” She adds, “I try so hard on social media to show who I am, but I guess looking at it from an outsider’s perspective, I don’t. I’m just posting a hot photo here, a photo of my dog there, a photo of me onstage here. You don’t really know who I am.
When it’s time to say goodbye to Madison so that she can go to dinner with her mom, she’s nothing but sweetness, telling me she had fun with her “twin”. It’s easy to see why her fans find it so easy to feel close to her despite her fame. With the release of her debut album, Madison will soon get her wish—people will be able to attach a definite sound to the familiar face they see on their Instagram feed.
- As a parting question, I ask what she likes to do in her spare time to which Madison replies: “I draw, I paint.
- I take a lot of baths, I’m sure you do too, as a Pisces” she laughs, and then pauses.
- I try to just be a kid, though.” she says, with a reflective smile.
- After spending a while getting to know who she is as the smart and reflective young woman underneath the headlines and social media presence, I want nothing more for her but that.
“I make the best of situations until they end,” Madison smiles, “I’m just like, ‘this isn’t gonna be forever, let me have fun while I’m doing it’.” : Under the influence: Madison Beer
Does Madison Beer have a makeup brand?
Here’s everything we know about the quiet rebrand. – This one went under the radar, but back in 2021 Vanessa Hudgens and Madison Beer announced they were launching a science-backed skincare line that used DNA-testing technology to help people curate their skin routine with the brand KNOW Beauty.
- The boss-girl duo shared with Harper’s Bazaar that their desire for the brand was to be an outlet with “an easier way to approach skincare.
- Something that allows you to know what is right for your skin because everyone is different.” Moving on to 2023, the pair seemingly parted ways as it is reported that Beer wants to focus solely on her musical career and the KNOW Beauty brand has been reworked and reimaged itself without the initial DNA focus.
Returning to the aforementioned point of the brand going under the radar, Hudgens expressed in an interview with WWD that she “had been trying to get customers acquainted with the brand for a while, but it just wasn’t translating like we thought it would.” Instead of trying to take over a skincare line entirely, she wanted to focus on something that was tailored and could easily be transitioned into the consumers existing routine.

Combining these lip products for daytime and overnight wear, respectively, is the best way to lock in moisture 24/7. So, what’s next for this southern belle? Who is Madison Beer girlfriend now?
Singer-songwriter Madison Beer has been dating her boyfriend Nick Austin since 2020. With the release of her single “Showed Me (How I Fell in Love with You)” in October 2022 and her first memoir, The Half of It, in April 2023, Beer has been busy — and Austin has been by her side through it all.
Ahead of the debut of her memoir, Beer opened up to PEOPLE in February 2023 about creating new music. “I am so excited for this next album which will be coming soon,” she said. “Music has always been my first love; it’s what led me to this memoir and what drives me daily. I am really excited for what is next with my music this year.” While speaking with InStyle that same month, the singer explained how feeling “safe” in her current relationship gave her the strength to reflect on previous ones in her new music.
“I’m super happy within my relationship, and I feel really safe, and I feel like I’m with someone I consider my best friend, which is very important,” she shared. “In the past, I haven’t really spent ‘friend time’ with my boyfriend, whereas now, I kind of do.
So, it feels good.” Beer was first linked to Austin, a TikTok star and social media influencer, in 2020, though the pair didn’t make their relationship Instagram official until the following year. They’ve posted a few tributes to each other since, with Austin sharing plenty of sweet words for his girlfriend.
“You are the best thing that’s ever happened to me & i feel so lucky to know you in the way i do,” he captioned an Instagram birthday post in March 2022. “I’ve never known such a kind and loving heart. The strongest and sweetest girl.” So who is Madison Beer’s boyfriend? Here’s everything to know about Nick Austin and his relationship with the “Dangerous” singer.
