Sure, you can quit the game and come back later without losing your moonshine bottles. You should only lose them if you do a delivery mission and lose them en route. I don’t know what happens if you move your moonshine shack while moonshine is being made or waiting to be delivered, and I could see there being a bug there that caused you to lose your bottles, but it might also not be a problem. Quitting the game sure isn’t a problem though. However, you don’t want to wait too long in-game to deliver moonshine bottles, because the available customers change at some regular interval, and the customer who you’re intending to deliver the moonshine to may become unavailable, forcing you to either wait to deliver them or deliver them to the guy who takes any flavor and pays less. Quitting the game and coming back later shouldn’t affect that though.
