Having a different kind of fabrication ability we were not able to do so. But we have found a fabricator who does excellent work to supply these for us. They are fabricated from 99.9% pure 20 oz copper sheet of the highest quality. That’s 25% thicker than the 16 oz copper used by most manufacturers of fabricated copper stills. Only 100% lead free solder is used. Tried and true traditional design that has served moonshiners well for over 200 years. The “cap” or “hat” section seals to the boiler using an our included proprietary EPDM rubber sealing sleeve system. No other seller offers this sealing method.
